Receiving the parcel. These taxes depending on the country remain the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.
Some carriers do not guarantee parcels sent in certain countries, so the loss of the parcel will be at your peril.

Secure:
Your order is delivered from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., in hand and against signature. In case of absence or impossibility of delivery of your parcel (no custodian,...), the mailman will leave you a notice of passage mentioning the date and address of the post office where you can withdraw your parcel (within 15 days) on presentation of a piece of identity.

If 7 business days after shipment of the parcel, the customer has no news of his order, he must move closer to the post office closest to the place of delivery. If neither the post Office nor the delivery tracking system proposed on the Colissimo and Chronopost websites mentioned above does not say that they have traced this parcel, then the customer must show up to our company through the customer Service which has opened Then a survey of the postal services.

The deadline for the final response of the post will vary from one to three weeks from the time the file is taken into account by our services.

-If the parcel is found, it is sent to the customer: The reception procedure then follows its normal course (deposit of the parcel or notice of passage).
-If the parcel is declared lost (the definitive answer is often formulated within the maximum deadlines, or three weeks), the Ste Fournier will then notify the customer and immediately incur the reimbursement of the parcel (goods and shipping costs).

These are considered in particular as cases of force majeure, discharging the impertinence of its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, inability to be supplied...

In any event, the delivery of our products on time can only occur if the customer is up to date with his obligations.

It is up to the customer to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and claims that would appear justified, or even to refuse the parcel, if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious traces of Deterioration. Such reservations and claims must be sent to the post by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
